Each new client, after three therapy sessions with me, will be assigned one session with Therapy in the Park Life Coach, Frank Vincent. Be it a personal relationship problem, finances, health, lifestyle, friendships, the width and breath of daily life, the combination of my therapy sessions and Frank's Life Coaching advice will add immeasurably to the effectiveness of your counseling. Your responsibility will be to be open and amenable to the combination of guidance my counseling and Frank's life coaching can offer.
I offer Life Coaching in my practice for a number of reasons. Sometimes the procedure of formal therapy may seem too formal. Or perhaps the issues you face are more life oriented than relationship oriented.
Your issue may revolve around:
WORK:
"I don't get along with my boss and I'm afraid I'm going to get fired."
"I'm working a lot of overtime, but I'm never there for my kids anymore."
"There's a promotion I want and deserve, but I don't know how to assert myself."
FINANCES:
"My husband wants a new car, but the house needs so much work."
"I'm extending myself more and more on credit cards and can't seem to stop."
"I'm living paycheck to paycheck and wondering what's the point?"
LIFESTYLE:
"I just lost my husband after 30 years. I've forgotten how to be independent."
"After losing 45 pounds, my partner is treating me differently & I'm unsure of myself."
"I'd like to quit my job and try professional acting. I'm excited but scared."
And there are more. Health, Career, Friendship Challenges... and on and on. Just a few of the issues that confront us every day in today's stress-driven world.
Meanwhile, keep in mind... sometimes the obvious obstacles in our lives seem the most obscure. Sometimes we ourselves can be our own biggest obstacle. And so much of the time, we tend to focus on the symptoms and not the essence of the problem at its core.
My Life Coach Associate is conversant with all those issues and more, and will help you clear the air, and breathe a sigh of relief. He believes in not giving in to adversity. One of his favorite quotes is: "While you're waiting for the storm to pass - learn how to dance in the rain."
Give us the opportunity and we will teach you the steps to a better you.
